Clear Title Group was founded in 1999, as Lawrence S. London's Law Office. First serving as a solo attorney and portfolio manager of his own properties in downtown Baltimore, Larry grew into the leader of an eight-person title processing team. Larry can help you:

• Coordinate the closing time
• Answer general questions
• Prepare HUD-1 settlement statements
• Officiate the closing

David A. Rosenberg

Clear Title Group's newest addition, David Rosenberg, joins CTG with 12 years of bankruptcy law and real estate experience. David assists investors in acquiring properties obtained through foreclosure, tax sale and bankruptcy. David:

• Assists clients buying and selling property
• Reviews and trouble-shoots title to assure clean and clear title
• Answers general questions
• Offciates at closing

Terry Frank

Terry is our receptionist, taking care to get calls through while allowing time for the Clear Title Group to follow through our client's requests. She also handles scheduling for our cases. She'll surprise you with what she knows and can do to help. When you call, Terry can help you:

• Leave a message or a voicemail
• Determine the status of an order
• Schedule settlement
• Confirm phone, fax, and directions
• Resend faxes that did not go through
• Fax paperwork from closed files
• Prepare LLC paperwork

Laurel Burggraf

Laurel is the third most senior member of the team, and a licensed title agent who specializes in preparing title binders. Laurel can answer questions related to post-closing, including:

• Lender requests for title insurance policy and recorded documents
• New owners requests for title insurance policy and recorded documents
• Client requests for LLCs

Madeleine Sol

Madeleine is a licensed title agent and works with buyers and sellers to ready their case for settlement. Contact Madeleine to:

• Verify buyers' and sellers' personal and contract information
• Verify real estate agents' commissions
• Provide payoffs and releases for mortgages and judgments
• Provide ground rent owners' information
• Officiates at closing

Nadia Stewart

Nadia is the newest member of the Clear Title Group, yet she brings more than 12 years of title processing experience to assist with your closings. Nadia shares the responsibility of clearing titles with Madeleine. She also handles post-closing customer service calls. Please contact Nadia if you are:

Matt Clark

Matt is a licensed title agent, and has managed the office for Larry since 2002. Matt's current role is to maintain the technology of the office in top working order!
